INGREDIENTS
1 package of shortbread or sugar cookies
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package of shortbread or sugar cookies
Toppings
DOLE® Canned Mandarin Oranges, drained
Fresh blueberries
Fresh strawberries, sliced
DIRECTIONS
Add cream cheese, yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a medium sized mixing bowl and whip with a whisk until fully combined.
Spread a layer of frosting onto each cookie and top with fruit.
